There were cracks in the outside cover of the base unit. Company person promised to replace the cracking cover of the base unit but when we are seeing more cracks now in the replaced cover. Either it was not replaced at all or the quality of the cover is poor. Model hli645/00; s. No.1524/114207 date 28/11/2015. The company made me to carry the item to their service center in jayanagar causing more inconvenience & discomfort. It is the responsibility of the company to solve the issues at our doorstep for having sold an inferior product. However it has made to shuttle between my residence to their service center twice. I had undergone shoulder operation in may 2016 & it caused me a lot of discomfort. Without solving the complaint properly the company claimed to have resolved the complaint. I'm not satisfied with this item & want the entire set to be replaced by a new mixer grinder or let the company take it back & refund the money to me.

Updated by msvudupa Again cracks are developing in the Jar. Philips is not good enough to stay in this field. It can't solve one issue satisfactorily. Preeti & Sumeet are far better in solving consumer issues, never allow trailing complaints
