Philips India — No resolution even after repeated attempts | |||
I bought a Philips mixer grinder three month back (Mar - 2015) and hardly after using it for 3 months the mixer stopped working. After registering a complaint over the phone a service guy came and fixed the issue and the mixer worked fine for next 2 days. After 2 days the same issue occurred and i had to once again call up and lodge a complaint. the guys has visited twice but the concern has not been rectified and since then i have called up the customer care number couple of times just to be told every time that i would get a call within 8 working hours which never seem to come. As the company is not able to rectify the concern i need a replacement of my product. I did not expect such lousy service from a company like Philips.
