Philips India — Non supply of philips mixer top cover | |||
Top cover of Philips Mixer 616 was broken, subsequently M/s Apex Service Centre, Sector-45, Chandigarh (Customer Service Center) was requested for supply of the same. The Service Center has failed to deliver the part inspite of my 3-4 months personal visits to the centre, every time the staff has assured that they have placed the order and I will get it soon. I am feeling harassed and have lost my valuable time and money for visiting the centre. You are, hereby requested, to kindly look into the matter on priority and Top Cover of Philips Mixer 616 be made available. Was this information helpful? | |||
