I have been trying to sort out a problem with my tv screen for 3 months, after being requested to send loads of information and pictures it was deemed the screen needed cleaning, not a warranty job, they put me onto eqinox for the job. They have now said that its not a clean but the panel is faulty and needs replacing and now no one at philips will listen. The tv is 18 months old to is well in its warranty. They requested proof from equinox and now they have it all they say is "make a complaint to philips because we have already said its a out of warranty job"
I will be taking this all the way to consumer rights if i don't get this sorted soon.
