Big name n pathetic customer service. I bought a citrus juicer online 20days back. I recd it on 2nd Feb n the same day I used it. It was not working. I lodged a complaint. The technician said the motor is not working. Since I didn't used it even once I called up ur customer care n requested for free replacement. They agreed to provide me the same with in 2weeks. After waiting for the said period I called up yesterday morning still no response. I need free replacement asap
