[Resolved] Philips India — Payment debited but order not confirmed | |
I do a payment for shaving head of Philips. Payment is debited but the order is not confirmed. I contacted the philips customer care. They told me to wait for 48-72 hrs to refund. But the time of 72 hrs is over and the refund is pending.
