[Resolved] Philips India — pending redressal of Complaints for over 1 a month | |||
On 11th Jan i had lodged a complaint for my philips LED TV, the technician had duly visited my residence to check the TV from United Home Care, i was told that the my TV will be repaired within 10 days. Complaint Number-PDEL[protected], Owners name-Manidipa Bhattasali Its over a month and i have been daily following up with the customer care toll free number, but no redressal have been received to my query. Every time whenever i call my call is treated as a joke and passed from one person to another. If this is the professionalism a company has then how can one expect customer loyalty i hope this written mail will assist in solving my concern. Was this information helpful? | |||
