Philips India — philips 24pfl3951 - 24" led

I hv already lodge a complain on 05.09.2018 and technician came on 06.09.2018, he took a photo of a parts and said that he will send requisition for the parts to head office and after receiving the same, he will fit the same on my TV. But after 19 days, no technician will come to resolve my problem. I have bought the same on 19.03.2018 from GREAT EASTERN RETAIL PVT. LTD. UTTARPARA, HOOGHLY. Please look into the matter, I am still facing to watching my TV.

Sir I want to know status about job no.-KOL[protected]. because of when I call than member replied that Philips company closed and due to this parts issue generate for this job they will take 2 to 3 month.
