Philips India — philips ac1215/20 portable room air purifier not working | |||
I submitted a complaint to the company's customer care multiple times, at first it got rejected without any action. Later, when i called i was assured that it would be taken care, but then nothing happened. So, when i called again they said that u will be called up by the local dealer. The local dealer said that he does not have any technician to do the required work and hanged up. After that, i haven't been contacted or updated on the status, what's going on at their side. It has been around three months but no technician has visited. Such behavior was not expected from a company so prestigious like philips india. If this issue is not addressed i would, eventually, have to seek help of the indian judiciary. Complaint no:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
