I have complained on 26th April about my garment steamer not working. Immediately I received message as technician assigned. But till date complaint has not been attended. I got a call from Philips customer care that it will be resolved in two days, but now it's almost 14 days, and status of my complaint is as it is. Then I took a product to the Vijay Sales store from where it was purchased. A person of VS, shared the Sales Manager of Mumbai with whom I had a word initially, but now he too not replying my call as I am calling him to know the status of my product.
