Hi team, I am induction based home user because i keep travel. I have 2 inductions which is complete dead and in warranty. When i raised a complaint with phillips they are not providing me service and asking for money for service and giving reasons that i am using that product for commercial basis. Technician visits my home and kept both induction open reason he said that they are wet inside once they are dry they will start working. As a software engineering background i can not assemble it and test whether they are working or not and they are still kept open Now product guarantee will over at 29th august 2019 and i am still waiting for repair when asking for updates they are asking money for service.
