Philips India — Philips led tv not received from service centre | |||
Dear team After follow up from philips customer care email id philips.[protected]@pemail.in. I did not get any response. I never expected this from philips. Please look into my issue and resolve as soon as possible. This is regarding my complaint no. PBLR[protected] & PBLR[protected]. My philips LED TV 32PFL7977/V7 was taken for service on 27/09/2016. Sl No.[protected]. I have attached the service receipt for your reference. After two weeks of follow up with service engineers and area sales manager Mr. Binal. I did not get any response on my TV status. I was out of station for last 4 months, hence i am requesting for status of my TV. Request you to arrange to get my TV back to my home. i have attached the service receipt. The receipt doesn't have any address.
