I have a philips juicer which is about 6 months old. I had filed a complaint with the customer service. 1 technician came and said a part has to be replaced which is under warranty but there is a problem due to which there is a delay. Noone contacted me i called the technician and he said there is a delay. It has been 3 weeks plus the complaint is still open. I want this to be resolved asap else i will contact consumer court. Mynumber is [protected].
