Philips India — philips not taking responsibility on tv in warranty | |||
I have a Philips '55PFL5059' Model LED TV. This has 5 years of warranty. Please check the attached document with warranty and invoice. This TV is not working for a long time and we have raised several requests to Philips customer care. Service people could not fix the TV so finally, customer care is offering 30% money back for the TV. That is unacceptable. We need an equivalent replacement of the full amount refund. I reached out to Phillips customer care philips.[protected]@pemail.in but they replied that they are not the correct department and provided me with 2 email address.
