Philips India — philips tv 32 inch is not working | |||
I have purchased a philips tv which is 32" & the display is not working. This product is under warranty. I have raised a complaint to philips customer care & i got a complaint number from customer care team. The complaint number is - del[protected]. One of the engineer has visited the site on 21st june & he has collected all the documents (Warranty card, bill copy, etc). Post that no body is responding. I have tried to call mr rajesh vij (Area service manager) but he is not responding. Can you pls help on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
