I purchased philips tv of 50 inch and within 10 months there is problem in display. After registering complaint, technician visited my place and told some part has to be ordered. After 5 days when i called the customer care they told within 1 week they will get the parts. Even after 20 days there is no news from the technician nor company. When i call customer care they give different numbers saying they are higher technicans and they dont have any idea about this. When i call these technicians they dont pick the call (From past 5 days). Consumer court is only the solution i feel. Was this information helpful? |
