Philips India — philips tv not working properly | |||
I purchased a 48 inch led tv with 5 years of warranty, but it is not working properly, half of the tv screen has become hazy. We raised a service request on 13th may 2018 and some mechanic visited us to check the tv. He found the problem and said since it is under the warranty period, the defective part or the tv will be replaced by philips. The service request number is kol[protected]. It is over a month now but it is still not rectified. When i call the service center, they also don't provide any timeline for replacement of tv/ defective part. This kind of poor service is not expected from a reputed company like philips. Please resolve my issue at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||
