Around 6th june 2016 i registered a complaint no. 60-[protected] (uv lamp warning indication on). this was resolved by 11th june 2016. Again on 4th july 2016 same problem occurred (uv lamp warning indication on) and i have registered complaint no. 60-[protected] on the same day. since then my complaint is being ignored and i am not getting service. On friday 8th july 2016 a service technician had visited my residence. checked the water purifier and told that it has to be taken to the service center. thereafter i have not received any communication or no one has taken the water purifier to the service center. Since 4th july 2016, i have been calling philips toll free number[protected] every alternate day. but i am not able to get any satisfactory answer. thrice, i have been told that i will receive a call from “philips official” and my complaint will be resolved asap. but neither i have received a call from any “philips official” nor my complaint is resolved. I hope, my written communication will help escalate the matter and my complaint will be resolved on priority. Thanking you in anticipation. Jul 15, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Called toll free number every alternate day. Spoke with senior people in escalation matrix. They called local service center and asked to resolve the complaint on priority. Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
