Philips India — Poor services | |||
I have file Complain ID SUP001/255500 to service center-24/09/16 regarding my Blueray system repairing They said we will change Spare Part but now they are not looking seriously from Last 45 days at our problem and ask daily spare will came from 45 days this is happening with us and last 3 days not picking my calls.I am also interested with PG solution ( Buy Back) but they provided me higher rate of new system actually in market the same model available minimum pries the diff. between philips shop and market around Rs.[protected]. Please look into the problem.Days are going on And we are getting poor response from service center, Area manager, Customer care center.
