Philips portable bluetooth speaker at10 black. Purchased from chroma, gip-2 noida on 20.11.2017. The product is not working. Lot of noise is there. Visited authorized service centre on 04.09.2018 at m/s aman electronics, d-161, 2 nd floor, sector 10 noida.
As per them it is a signal issue and so they can not help me. While other audio system (Fm) are working fine in the same location.

Please resolve it immediately. The product is under warranty.
