Philips India — Problem in LED 42" | |||
I purchased One Philips LED which is out of service w.e.f. 14.03.2015. I lodged my complaint telephonically on 14.03.2015 and I received a Mobile Number through SMS on my mobile No. [protected] and asked me to talk on the given Mobile No. I contacted on the said number and subsequently some body came to my residence to attend the fault. He told me that there is a Part which is required to be changed and it will take 4 to 5 days to receive this part from out of station as this is not available at Pathankot. Please tel why I am to wait for 4 to 5 days and why I am to suffer? It is very clear from the above that After Sale Service of Philips is very poor. Hence please get my LED repaired immediately or pack it back as the same is under warranty period. Please treat the matter as most urgent. Was this information helpful? | |||
