[Resolved] Philips India — Regarding quality | |||
I purchased a Philips Multimedia Speaker System in the last week of September 2014. After 2 or 3 days, the product stopped working and it stopped playing. I submitted 2-3 telephonic compaints and i talked to Mr Dinesh, the owner of Gurgaon Branch and after 4-5 calls he settled on not to do a replacement and do the repair. After that he did not send any technician to replace it and stopped picking the calls. After that again i did a telephonic complain but all in vain. The almost unused product is still a headache. Awful team and valueless customer service!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
