Philips India — regarding service # ban[protected] | |||
I had given my led tv for repair on 21 st july at nearest authorized service center. Initially they told i will get the tv repaired in 25-26 days. Now its more than 2 months and i have been told that the part is not available. When i called the branch service manager mr ramesh before 1 month, he confirmed that the part is not available and i will get a new tv as replacement in next 2 weeks. My tv is in warranty. When i call the customer care they told only one thing that we will escalate the issue and philips support will get back to me. Till date i haven't recieved any single call from philips. When i email to philips support, i have been told to contact mr ramesh or mr m sathyanarayan rao but none of them pick up the phone or get back to me. I feel harrassed and wanted my issue to be immediately resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
