Philips India — Regarding worthless product and too poor services. | |||||
I bought a philips led tv online on 8th of july 2016. when i open the packet then found remote is not working.. called to customercare.. they assuered me issues will be sorted out in next 48 hours.. then got the call fron their service center emloyee that remote is not covered with warrenty so you have to pay money for that.. after that called to area manager mr. rohit kumar he said no need to pay money as product is new.. from that day to today called these people many times to sorted out the issue but all the time they made fool.. as next day will clear the issue,, today is raining... Realy philips product is much cheaper then a chinies product interms of services and product... they are just there to play with people hard earn money...
