Philips India — replacement of faulty earphones | |||||
I had given my defective earphones for replacement.At the service center I was assured that replacement will take atmost 7 days.It has already been 1.5 months now and still nothing.I have called many times to inquire.The people at the service center are the worst.They speak to you very rudely almost to the point of abusing.I was insulted every time I had called.I fear now even to contact the center as new unpleasantries would be hurled at me again.I request Philips to look into this matter as they have become very egotistical as this is the only service centre in Mumbai which replaces earphones, so they think they can do anything and get away with it. Coil is damaged. We are having heating problem as well. Currently, iron has stopped working. Please look into this as soon as possible. And our product is still in the warranty period
