Philips India — service not provided

To philips, My Tv suddenly came out with a problem of display not working only audio hearing. So, I filed a complaint on 1st march describing the problem and said its in warranty (4 yrs warranty), the philips's guy visited once and said "the problem will be solved in 2 days, I'll come back tomorrow with my equipments" and since then there have been no more visits from phillips and the customer care people call up and ask us to pay the amount but they dont know the amount and when asked for the complaint number they reply saying we will message you and mail you in your email id but there has been no messages and mails received by me.
