I have purchased philips tv on 01/10/2017, vide my invoice no [protected] from malika appliance, i hv registered my complaint with your customer dept vide complaint no.6505 dtd 04/08/2018 register with mobile no.[protected] but after 45 days not getting proper responce and not repair my tv. So poor service rendered by philips nxt time i wil not purchase any philips commodity and also give to media we r purchasing 60 thousand tv and within 7 months it's gives problem and company not providing service. Request you to please look in this matter urgently or give me higher executive/cmd numbers Was this information helpful? | |||
