Respected sir, its a sad reality of your agents or authorised service centres. I'm complaining about one of your service agent *delta service * bengaluru who doesn't have manners to co-op with customers. Its waste of time by fighting with them, they aren't worried and cared about us. We had been registered for the parts replacement, since last month and it has been almost 30 days no response from them. If we tried to contact them their reply will be worse and we dont have any other option to seek the information. But unfortunately we had been through rough way. Honestly fed up by using a product (Philips). Only a product isn't matter for customer satisfaction even the service they render will matters too. Need to end this up. Will wait for few days and i'm going to file a suit against all authorised agents and the brand philips. Was this information helpful? | |||
