Philips India — Television set with warranty- warranty is not being taken care. Harassing customer to pay extra even under warranty | |||||
Dear Sir, This is complaint for TV. I purchased this TV 1 year back & I have warranty for 3years TV . The TV is now not working and I am following up with customer service from 4 months The customer service of philips is least bothered and they are harassing me to pay extra or leave it. I dont mind even paying it. I just asked them to come & fix and take money even if it is under warranty I am ready to pay extra but they have asked me to transfer the amount first without any confirmation of reciept only then they will take care. I am helpless and after taking money if they dont turn up I will lose money and they dont pick up calls. everytime they make different stories if they pick. extremely irresponsible staff my complain number is BAN [protected].Please can you take action and help me.
