I've bought this new Philips Tower Speaker in Jan 2017 which has a warranty of 1 year, while using the speaker its power got off by its own, since then which happened on June 6th 2017. After this incident I called Philips Customer Care representative and they assured me(till now multiple times) that they will fix the problem of the speaker. Now its been over a month still no response or promised call back from any agent of Philips, customer service is very very very poor, nobody is trying to help me out of this problem, they are not replacing the speaker as it is still not working, And the tech guy which they sent twice in 3 weeks, said it cannot be fixed and they will replace the old one with the new one but still the speaker is not working. It's like Philips doesn't care about their customer once they sold the product, got very poor response from representative also, as my product is still not working, I would like to replace the product or refund the money which they took while we paid for that product. Philips sucks and their call center or contact center, no one will help you if your Philips product will be damaged under warranty. This I can bet on. Was this information helpful? |
