Philips India — tv display issue, customer service number never works | |||
Hi, I have bought the philips tv Model number: LED48PFL4958/V7, Registered mobile number:[protected]. TV Has 2 more years of warranty pending. When I try to contact the customercare number 39404040 never worked. Always says switched off. When called the authorized service center(Delta service BTM bangalore), he visited the my home and said display issue and asked me to raise compliant to take the tv for repair. Where he denies to take the tv and get it repaired. And worst part it just for saying display issue, he asked for a service charge of Rs.1350. Which I denied to pay as there was no solution provided. Now some body show me a way what to do next?? Philips is thos what you do to customers, switching of[censored]r customer care number?? Was this information helpful? | |||
