Philips India — TV HANG FREQUENTLY AND REMOTE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY

Sir, I have purchased a 29 inches LED TV vide bill no. 1898 dt 20.08.2014 of J&J Traders, Madurai (Benit & Co., Kamarajar Salai, Madurai). From the date of purchase the TV is handging requently. The remote provided with the TV is also not functioning properly. The service engineer Thiru. Essaki attended on 18.09.2014 and asked me to change the batteries in the Remote. From that date i am reqularly changing the batteries once in a month . Still I am having the same complaint. Today (21.02.2015) again i lodged a complaint.
