Philips India — TV not replced

Dear I have purchased a Philips full hd tv 32 PFL 5578 32” NOV. 2014 .But port HDMI was faulty after many complaints and visits by technicians and card replacement, was declared that complete TV will be replace with new one . Now another issue is this, new TV not delivered still although TV is available with your delivery /transportation department as I received a call in January month more than 15 days before which was from Mr. Ashok about my new TV .After two days I called him for TV which was not delivered he gave me a mobile no of Mr. Rajkumar [protected] and told TV has sent to OKHALA office. I talked with Mr. Rajkumar he promised to deliver before evening on same day. For two days makes many excuses he gave me another one no.[protected] which was belongs to Mr. Praveen Panda he makes many promises like next two Hr., Early eve, next morning definitely etc. And after three days he gives another one no. Mr. kamaal khan [protected] he also makes promise after second day he transferred call to Ms Priyanka but no gain .Overall is this no action has been taken yet neither any call from PHILIPS I have called many times to your employees. At last time Mr. kamaal khan said “come at OKHALA and bring your TV we don’t have transport facilities.” I called to customer care on 3rd feb complaint no. PDEL [protected] code R98750 .It was closed on 27 feb without solution. Again I complaint to customer care it was also closed on 28 feb . I have mailed & two reminder also but result is big zero. Although a TV set was delivered on 09/02/2015 evening but set was delivered without bill and another model 4400 series 32 PFL 4479 first I talked to Mr kamaal khan from Ur technician's mobile and he told " I sent a HIGHER model and bill will be send later" . I called to customer care and he connect call to Mr. Kamaal khan, he told that he don't have this model which i required (32 PFL 5578) and many more things about 24 min. Cont. With many excuses and contradict sentences. Now I am totally frustrate.If you (PHILIPS) cant solve these type of silly matter in more than four month you should not sell your product to customer to make him fool . Do you have any time limit to resolve any issue.pls tell me specific date till you will definitely resolve this issue Abdul hameed [protected] NEW DELHI (INDIA)
