We brought new Philips led 43" smart model : 43PFT58135/94 on 08/09/2020, but within 3 months it was not working and i got replaced TV( which was old already used one) when i enquired about that they said they cant able to replace new TV due to less stock (covid reason) once they got new stock they said they will replace this old one. But unfortunately no one responding to that. i kept raising complaint.. they said they can only check if there is an issue in current tv but they cant replace and give me new one.

Issue : only for 3 months i used new Tv and was getting false promise from your team that it will be replaced. Now the one which we are using is also not working. issue in display..
