Philips India — tv set with display change to be received | |||
I have made a online customer service request for my Philips TV set display change which was out of warranty. Now it is nearly 1 month i am yet to receive this TV repaired. I even tried to contact with Philips customer care [protected] and service centre at vikhroli (mumbai) many a times and every time i was only given fake assurance that my TV set will be dispatched the next day. Request to kindly intervene in this issue as urgent as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

We purchased Philips 43 led smart TV in 2017 July. Now this is not working and not display on. The authorized service man of Philips company said that the flash IC of TV is not working. Hence it will be charged and it's cost may be Rs. 6, 00, 000/-. I uploaded the video of the TV for your kind attention. my phone No. [protected], [protected]
