Philips India — TV technician does not know anything about the product | |||
I am Divya from Mymbai.Bought Philips tv on 31 Oct '16 frm Kohinoor(Santacruz). The technician came 6 days after delivery for demo and was not ready to give a proper demo.Whatever asked was answered in'it cannot be connected'.I have complained thrice to your customer care but no action has been taken yet & call gets cancelled without any attendance Was this information helpful? | |||
