[Resolved] Philips India — Very bad customer service | |||
I ordered a cartridge for my water filter on Friday 15/08/14 The lady said it would be delivered on Monday 18/08/14. On Monday I telephoned at 4pm as the delivery had not arrived - she said it would come before 6pm - It never came. I phoned again on Tuesday and she said she would call me back in 10 minutes - she never called. I phoned again and she told me it would come by 5pm and he couldn't deliver on Monday as he had a personal problem- It never came and when we called the delivery man he said he wasnt able to get a bus!! The delivery man said it would come on Wednesday (today) - I do not have much hope but we will see. The lady at the service centre in Trivandrum named Lakshmi told me that it was my fault as I didn't speak Malayalam and they were unable to understand English. This is nonsense as they understood me very well but did nothing they said they would do and seemed not to care at all about the customer. I have lived in Trivandrum for 6 years so I am used to poor service but I expected better from Philips Was this information helpful? | |||
