Philips tv when bought from outlet, gives a warranty of 3 years. But when there are problems in the tv. They say warranty coverage is only for one year after which service charges and taxes are applicable.
Whenever customer care is contacted, they say wait for a minute and put your call on indefinite hold. And with very limited customer care executives, if call is made from the same number again, they again pick the call and keep it on hold.
