Philips India — Warranty service is not doing properly

Hi this is Vinothkumar I already register one complaint my home Thayer is not working like that complaint no is Philips Audio Customer Care. Your complaint no. is SUP001/346916. And the complaint made on 7th march and service persons came on 18th march 2017. And now my complaint is Theo's derive person is very slow and his service was not don done properly that problem was not cleared if he can't do that serives means pls inform us here after we will not buy any of your Philips product and also I will give suggestions to my friends and family also not to buy Philips product. Pls replay to my mail what is solution for my home Thater ( [protected]@gmail.com)
