[Resolved] Philips India — Water purifier : Bad service and No spare available in stock anywhere | |||
Hi, I have got multiple Philips products. Recently my water purifier UV lamp gone and I started hunting at various Phillips service center in Bangalore. Across Bangalore there is no stock available and they keep saying we shall call you back once stock come. It's been more than 2 weeks no clue on product and my purifier is of no use. I am frustrated of pathetic service response as well because guys in service center font even know about product properly. Is thus the kind of training Philips provide to their staff??? Horrible I SUGGEST DONT BUY SUCH KIND OF PRODUCTS WHERE YOU CANT GET GOOD POST SALES SERVICE. It's a waste of money. Was this information helpful? | |||
