Philips India — Worst repair service | |||||
I had given them 2 induction cooker hd 4938/01 to repair still under warranty ..every time they tell come after 5-6 days and i went there 10 tikes already and everytime usual excuse parts not arived .after 2 months they didnt repair both the items .they claim to be authorised dealer and it takes more than 2 months to bring a repair part .if I had to pay for the item they would not have taken this long .I even mailed Philips customer care a month back and no reply from them also .they are making common people to suffer . they should be banned if they can't give service Was this information helpful? | |||||
