I have booked philips home theater on 7 july and take 16 july.. I found the product in poor quality packaging, looking like 5 to 6 years old product, damaged from the corners worst and dump sound effect. I call the customer support on the same date when i was take the product.. Now whats the solution i want to return the product or refund.. Why company arguments with me.. Please return the product why company try to make us foolish or mad.. I'm sending the images when i found the product in poor or worst condition Was this information helpful? | |||||
