Philips — Product manufacturing defect and replacement of back panel complaint registered | |||||
Sir, I registered a complaint on 28 feb 17 vide complaint id VIZ[protected], after 25 days of complaint my problem not resolved... i spoke lot of time to customer service and his service manager but no result came... Also service manager vizag not picking up call his number is [protected]... also commercial department of philips every time told that they arranging the phone call and technician in 24 to 72 hrs but no body came...
