Philips — Worst service and unsupported device | |||||
Purchased philips blue ray sound bar model : htb5151 on 04-oct-2015 for rs 33500/-.Initially we had to wait very long for demo. Then, the engineer said, all functions cant work properly as we didnot have wifi. After a month, e had wifi and we again called engineer, then also fm was not working, some functions were still not working properly.. He said there is some change in technology from the company, so a new dongal will be provided by the company. We talked to anil and abhishek from philips regarding this problem. It was in the month of january and he assured of providing it within 10 or 15 days. He never turned up. We had to follow him for this device and we got it alomst in the month of march. Then service engineer took days to come and still could not solve the problem, though he talked to philips engineer anil and abhishek. I personally had talked to both of them so many times, but all in vain. Now they are saying this dongal cannot work with lcd so we cannot use various functions of philips. No philips engineer ever contacted us to know about the staus. Even when we called them, we got neither satisfactory reply nor solution to our problem. Now local engineer have stopped picking our call also. We want this model to be replaced if it cannot work with all advanced features. As for cd feature only we dont need to buy anything worth rs 33500/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
