Phoenix Arc Credit Card — Unauthorised credit card charges

I had an ABN Amro Credit Card way back in 2004 which was surrendered in 2004 Itself as can be seen in the credit history. Nothing happened until 2019 and then all of a sudden Phoenix Arc (Div. of Kotak Bank) started levying charges of Rs. 900/- per month until 2021 of which I am not even aware since I have never held or used the credit card ever since 2004 but to date the company has not been able to resolve this issue and hence the same is reflecting as part of my credit rating history.
