Phoenix ARC has incorrectly reported a credit card details to cibil
They have indicated that I have a card and there is an outstanding amount of 2588 and no payment has been made since 2004, I have never had this card and not aware of any transactions, how can this be verified and reversed from my cibil records?...

I had an ABN Amro Credit Card way back in 2004 which was surrendered in 2004 Itself as can be seen in the credit history. Phoenix arc credit card has wrongly placed my name on cbil and wrong put me on due list and discredited my cbil score.
