Phoenix Arc Credit Card — incorrect credit card due dispute logged on cibil

Dear sir/ madam,

Phoenix arc credit card has wrongly placed my name on cbil and wrong put me on due list and discredited my cbil score. They told me there is due of rs 433 on some credit card of 14 years back and asked my to pay some odd rs 2500 which i said kindly provide me details of the card they refer too and if any due i will clear it as amount is only rs 433. But without providing proper justification inspite of telling them clearly that i have no dues pending from any bank, they have discredited my credit score by lodging complaint on cibil. I request you to take up with them to correct the data accordingly on cbil at earliest and ask them to stop harassing common people.

Because of this i am unable to get any loan for fault of some others.
