Phoenix ARC Private Limited — Active phoenix credit card account even after full payment

Hi, I had HDFC credit card later took over by phoenix arc. I made full payment on 20-Jan-2022. However the account is showing still active in my CIBIL records. It is affecting my cibil score. Could you help me to close the account and help to get NOC
