I would like to request a resolution of a long pending issue with PHOENIX ARC. In this particular case, I have requested many times that the dues are not correct and if it is, please provide me with the detailed itemised statement or other documentary evidence so that I can check and take action accordingly.

I remember very clearly that clearing all the dues, it is due to the gap in their processes for updating my payment in the system, it is showing outstanding.

PHOENIX ARC is requested to write off Rs. 1416/- and close this account and provide me with a NOC.
