In this particular case, I have requested many times that the dues are not correct and if it is, please provide me with the detailed itemised statement or other documentary evidence so that I can check and take action accordingly.

I haven’t taken Phoenix Arc credit card but still it's added to my cibil & it's showing 6658 Rs due amount which is affecting my cibil score.

Please resolve it as soon as possible, let me know if you required any further informations....

This is to inform that I had never taken any credit card / known from the Shaha Finlease. But there is an entry with account number [protected], which is reflected in my CIBIL Report. It is effecting my CIBIL score badly.

In this regard I want you to remove the above said entry immediately or else I will raise complaint with consumer forum.

I have never owned a Phoenix ARC Private Limited credit card and never signed up for their services. I have been wrongly reported to CIBIL of a non payment. I do not have any card details as well. I see form my CIBIL report about a card number ending with ####0613.

I had a HDFC credit card later owned by Phoenix Arc. I paid complete amount on 20th Jan 2022 and your customer care representative has promised me to provide NOC. Once payment completed all promises has dropped. She asked me to wait for 60days to get NOC.
Today 7th September 2022, I can still see this account is active state. My CIBIL score getting affected unnecessarily.

I had a credit card in 2008 with Barclays and got stolen was reported to barclays immediately all of a sudden I see these guys reporting stating delinquent for so many years. These people are just sourcing information from others and reporting it since act like an financial institutions. But are all frauds and goons. Please put a check and bring these people to justice.

I got contact by this company telling me that my loan with Barclays Bank and has not yet sent me the loan closure offer. Is this a genuine company? I have made 1 instalment and I am afraid to make the next instalment without getting a formal closure offer

I want clear my credit balance n clear in cibil. AC no HD6cc02554...

Couple of months back one of the representatives has reached my parents and was very abusive as I missed my payments for the loan & Credit card taken in 2008. This has led to a gap between me and my parents. I was really upset and has reached the Phoenix ARC over the phone and has made the payments at the earliest opportunity. And received the Closure Letters for all the above three contracts.

Now it has been more the couple of months and they are least bothered to update the CIBIL on the status of above contracts. When tried reaching them over the phone, they are very irresponsible and just putting the phone away.

I happened to send multiple email and no response. The kind of interest they are having to collect the money, they lack to serve the customer.

I would really intend to take this to the RBI attention. I have a call recording as well to support the kind of abusive language they have used.

Appreciate if anyone suggests the process to register a complaint with RBI on this.

I had closed the credit card account in which I got opened in the year 2006 from Abnamro bank but still the history is showing in cibil report after 16 years. Due to some unexpected situation I had issues in payment. Afterwards I closed the account with zero balance. Till now I have not purchased further credit cards.
But your credit card history gives me problem to my credit history in cibil.
I request you kindly remove those records from cibil. There are two accounts. Pls do the needful. Because it is punishing throughout my life is unjustified.

I was using ABN AMRO bank CC, and paid all the dues before close this account as bank is closed, since after 2 years of closing Lender are asking for pay your dues, when I ask they said this is insurance amount of your card, which I was not shared while creating card.

I had a Royal Bank of Scotland card # [protected], in the Year 2007. The credit card agent had taken the final amount from us and mentioned that we do not have to pay anymore. Our address changed after that. In 2015, I was contacted by the Kotak bank collection department to settle the amount. I had no clue what they were talking about. However, realizing that these agency have no idea about our payment history and they are just following what they have been asked to do. I made the full and final payment on 18th June 2021 of total amount 13, 260 in one go. But till today my case is not updated and I have not received the NDC. Please help me in closing the case.

I am writing you this in reference to my outstanding Hdfc credit card payment for rs
104651.13 which was settled by phoenix arc group team to rs 76000 by phone ( customer care executive name Ms Sumera, mobile no. [protected]). And as per her provided information I am doing the monthly payment by instalment from March to till this month July to Kotak Mahindra Bank account. ( details attached).
But i got only first 2 months receipts from Kotak bank as acknowledgement of my payment and unfortunately after that I didn’t get any receipts from your bank. Settlement letter for an amount of rs 76000/- I did not get neither from Phoenix arc group nor from your Kotak Mahindra Bank. But still I am regularly paying the instalment amount of rs 8 k every month to clear my outstanding . Now I got another legal notice where the case was filed by Phoenix team against me to office of the district legal authority by the month of July whereas I gave the every month payment to Kotak Mahindra bank ( details of payment statement attached).

Here I have all the documents till date for payment to Kotak Mahindra bank account which account was provided by your team ( executive name: Ms Sumera )

In this context I am surprised how kotak bank / Phoenix people can file a case against me when I am giving all the payments every month … is it not your duty to settle it from the office of district legal authority?? Why they sent me the legal notice in the month of July when your Kotak bank got the payment from March month onwards ?? Don’t you think it is a complete harassment for a lady.
Pls acknowledge and expedite the reply otherwise I need to apply consumer forum for this.
Hope the case will be solved and pls send me the all settlement details and the acknowledgement messages of my payment at the earliest.

I don't know what is phoenix arc credit card and never heard of that name. But in my cibil it is showing as I have an active credit card in phoenix arc.

My name is Vijayalakshmi. Since last 2 days Ms. Shika (not sure if the name original) from some company called "phoenix arc private limited" is calling me to ask for recovery of credit card payment which is not in my name. Upon asking the details, they were mentioning that in 2006 my husband had taken a credit card for which i or my father should now repay. I have received an email stating some details of the loan which i find completely un-reliable. They have been asking me to come to their office final amount. They are asking me to either settle or pay the loan (Which i have never ever taken). Neither i'm the borrower nor a co-borrower and not a guarantor as well.
I have never ever taken any credit card from them but still getting harassed.
Phoenix arc private limited (Ms. Shika) has been calling my office colleagues to find out my contact number and threatening me that he will raise a letter of demand for money and will share all details with my office colleagues and keep calling my office colleagues untill i pay the amount.
I request the consumer complaint forum to help and support in this regards.

I had a Barclays Bank Credit Card long back. I never used this card. However, in a couple of years back, Kotak Mahindra Bank called me and asked for the outstanding amount w.r.t. annual fees. The amount was paid. But, in my CIBIL data, it is showing outstanding amount of Rs.54/- only against the BARCLAYS BANK Credit Card No. XXXX7962 (Delayed by 316 days, last updated at 30.11.2011).

And another outstanding amount of Rs.1/-...
